The purpose of the survey is to provide details of monthly slaughterings of cattle, sheep and pigs in premises under the supervision of local authorities.

The collection of monthly slaughterings data for pigs, cattle and sheep is governed by Regulation (EC) No. 1165/2008.The information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with EU and national law. It will be used only for statistical purposes and will not be divulged to any other Government Department or body.
